I understand that life can present a variety of challenges that may be difficult to navigate and process alone. When we meet, I assure you that I will provide you with support, safety, compassion, and empathy, while guiding you during your journey of self-love, growth, and healing. 

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Indiana University Northwest. After graduation, I worked as a Child and Family Case Manager where I worked with at-risk youth with severe trauma and behavioral issues. I then obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University. During my graduate studies, I worked at the Lake County Sheriff’s Department as a Qualified Mental Health Professional where I worked on restorative justice with the incarcerated population. In addition, I have worked at a community mental health agency where I provided therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and downs syndrome. I have also worked in the emergency department of a community hospital where I conducted suicide risk assessments, and in residential providing counseling to adolescents and young adults placed in the Department of Juvenile Justice, experiencing trauma, substance use issues, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and mood disorders.
