I recognize that you come to therapy with varying levels of need and a wide array of challenges you may be working through. I endeavor to meet you where you're at, help you feel comfortable, and develop a trusting, genuine relationship that will allow you to heal, learn, and grow.
I received my Doctorate in School Psychology from Fordham University after receiving my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Education at New York University. I have spent the last decade working in public schools in New York City and Chicago, providing direct counseling services to children and adolescents confronting all types of stressors.
I also have administered assessments and completed psychoeducational and play-based evaluations, including assessments related to Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Emotional Disabilities. Through my work in schools, I have worked with parents and families, providing consultation and therapeutic support around a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, motivation, and trauma.
I accept BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO,Optum/United Healthcare PPO, TriCare, Medicare BCBS Community, Meridian, and Medicaid plans.

I participate in the PysyPact. This legislation allows me to work remotely via teletherapy with patients in participating states.
