My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and values.
My work draws from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, and cognitive approaches. Therapy may include exploring emotional themes, relational dynamics, and unconscious patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, shame, self-criticism, or emotional distress.
I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences in the present moment. Building this awareness can create more space for intentional choices, self-compassion, and emotional regulation.
Before entering private practice, I trained in community mental health settings supporting individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and identity-related challenges. These experiences deepened my commitment to providing inclusive, nonjudgmental care that honors each person’s story and lived experience.
I am also trained in clinical hypnosis through the Society of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis.
Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are. It’s about understanding yourself more fully, healing what has been painful, and building a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
