I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy from Miami University and a Dual Master of Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. As a pre-licensed counselor and art therapist, my approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from strengths-based, person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and art therapy techniques to support individuals' personal growth. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the challenges that come
with societal and parental expectations.
I have personally navigated complex pressures placed on women by society—experiences that have shaped my understanding and commitment to helping others. Having faced these challenges myself, I know how isolating and overwhelming they can feel, and I’m here to help others navigate life with compassion and empathy. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback, and creative interventions to help clients reframe negative thoughts, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self. I take a holistic and identity-conscious perspective, acknowledging how identity, relationships, and lived experiences shape our emotional well-being.
I accept BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, BCBS Community, Meridian, and Medicaid plans.
