Our group therapy program blends evidence-based techniques with holistic practices to address anxiety from multiple angles. Over six weeks, participants will explore tools and strategies to manage anxiety effectively, including:

  • Mindfulness Practices: Learn to stay grounded in the present moment and reduce anxious thoughts.
  • Meditation Techniques: Cultivate inner peace and clarity through guided meditations.
  • Breathing Exercises: Master breathwork to calm your nervous system during moments of stress.
  • Hypnosis for Relaxation: Experience guided hypnosis sessions to reframe anxious thoughts and promote deep relaxation.
