Are you or someone you know navigating the challenging journey of grief after the loss of a cherished friend, parent, sibling, or another special person? At Chicago Psychology Services we understand the profound impact of grief, and we are here to offer a sanctuary of caring and professionalism through our "Making Meaning of Grief Group."
Find Support in Your Grief Journey:
Grieving can feel isolating, but you don't have to go through it alone. Our group offers a compassionate and secure space where you can connect with others who truly understand. Led by an experienced and empathetic facilitator, you'll find the support you need to feel heard and valued.
Heal at Your Own Pace:
Grief is deeply personal, and there's no "right" way to navigate it. Through mindfulness practices and shared understanding, we help you embrace your unique journey and provide tools to promote healing in your own time.
Share Freely, Without Judgment:
This is a space where your thoughts and emotions are welcome. You'll find a nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are validated, and your feelings are honored.
Build Meaningful Connections:
To foster connection and continuity, we encourage members to attend at least four of the eight weekly sessions. Together, we'll create a supportive community to walk alongside you on this path.
This program is currently available in-office only.
